1. Data controller

2. Data we process

We only process data you submit voluntarily or that is generated technically through your use of the website:

• Partnership / B2B requests submitted through the embedded form: contact person's name, company name, email, phone, city/region and message details.
• Direct contact by email or telephone: the identification and contact details you include in your communication, together with its content.
• Technical data and access logs generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure: IP address, device and browser type, page accessed, date and time. These are necessary to deliver the website and for security purposes.
• Your preference regarding embedded content, stored locally in your browser (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Embedded partnership form

The partnership section includes an embedded form provided by an external request-management platform (MEFI CRM, md.meficrm.com). Data entered into the form is transmitted to and stored in that platform, which acts as a service provider for the controller, and is used solely to review and manage your partnership request.

The form is not loaded before you consent to third-party embedded content. Once loaded, the platform may store technical information required for its own operation.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Reviewing and managing partnership requests and information enquiries — basis: legitimate interest in responding to requests received, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Subsequent commercial and technical communication related to your request — basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps.
• Operation, security and stability of the website, prevention of abuse and unwanted automated submissions — basis: legitimate interest.
• Compliance with applicable legal obligations, where they exist — basis: legal obligation.

5. Website analytics

The website currently uses no analytics, advertising or profiling tools. If such a tool is implemented, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated and its use will be subject to your consent.

6. Recipients and providers

Data may be accessed by the providers supporting the operation of the website and the handling of requests: the hosting and delivery provider, the request-management platform provider (MEFI CRM) and the email service provider. These providers process data on the controller's instructions and within the limits of the contracted service.

Data may be disclosed to public authorities where a legal obligation exists. We do not sell or trade personal data.

7. Retention

Partnership requests and related correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to assess and conduct the collaboration, and thereafter for the period needed to evidence the communication, with deletion or anonymisation of data that is no longer required. Technical logs are kept for short periods specific to the hosting infrastructure. Your embedded-content preference remains in your browser until you delete it or change your choice.

8. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law you have the following rights:

• access to the processed data and information about the processing;
• rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• erasure of data, where the legal conditions are met;
• restriction of processing;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
• data portability, where applicable;
• withdrawal of consent, where processing is based on consent.

9. Exercising your rights and complaints

To exercise your rights you may write to office@metglass.ro. You may also address the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP — Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal) or the competent courts.

10. Minors

The website is addressed to professionals and adult clients. We do not knowingly collect data relating to minors.

11. Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in website functionality or legal requirements. The applicable version is the one published on this page.
